VCC Kids accompanies kids and their families as they grow to know and love Jesus. We want to partner with parents to teach their children who God is through age-appropriate Bible stories, fun activities, worship, and prayer. We focus on creating a safe, warm and welcoming environment for them to gather and develop in a community of faith.

Join Us for Parents’ Night Out & Respite Event!
Parents, enjoy a well-deserved evening off while your kids have a blast in a safe and welcoming environment! Open to all VCC families and the Tri-Valley disability community, this special event will be filled with games, activities, and tons of fun. All ages are welcome!
Details:
Attendees can choose to be paired with a 1:1 Helper/Buddy (trained prior to the event), bring their own care provider or family member, or attend independently if able. A Quiet Room will be available. Some snacks will be provided, but you’re welcome to pack a meal to enjoy on-site.
Volunteers Needed! Help make this night special by serving as a Buddy, Set-Up Crew, Host, or Tear-Down Team member.

EASTER IN NARNIA

This year Easter in Narnia will take place at Valley Community Church. Join us for a joy-filled, family-friendly event featuring games, food, bounce houses, and more! Inspired by C.S. Lewis’ Chronicles of Narnia, this event invites you to experience the wonder, adventure, and beauty of the Easter story.

Join us for VCC Summer Blast: Magnified! our Vacation Bible School at Valley Community Church from June 23 to June 27, 9AM to 12PM as kids from pre-K through fifth grade will embark on an exciting journey to discover the bigness of God in the smallest things. Through engaging lessons, games, and activities, children will learn to see God’s power and love in the world around them.
We want every child to feel welcome and included! One-on-one aides will be available for kids with disabilities or special needs to ensure they have a fun and meaningful experience.

WEEKLY PROGRAMS
SUNDAYS
Infants & Toddlers (Infant - Age 2)
Our aim during this stage is to create a foundation of trust by caring for each child’s needs with consistency—changing diapers, feeding, or offering comforting snuggles when needed. We also provide a nurturing environment filled with activities like singing, dancing, and exploring toys suited for their age.
Early Childhood (Age 3 - Pre-k)
We provide an environment where your child can connect with Jesus through a dynamic curriculum, compassionate and reliable leaders, and opportunities for movement and play. Kids can explore through activities like coloring, dancing, playing, and participating in learning a Bible story!
Elementary (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)
Our classes are taught by gifted and loving teachers who genuinely care for their students. Large group worship and lessons begin in the Blue Room (Room C101), then grade-level small groups meet, and we wrap up with activities and fun in our classrooms.
TUESDAYS
KIDS COMGROUP
Registration is open for Kids ComGroup Spring 2025! KCG is all about learning the Bible with a small group of friends. Preschool and Elementary groups available. We're excited to study King Jesus' life through the book of Matthew! This semester is Tuesday evenings, 1.14-4.29, at VCC. Email kaelee@vc.church if you have any questions.
Classes are available for birth thru 5th grade during the 9AM and 11AM services.
SERVE IN KIDS MINISTRY
Join the Team: Help Make Sundays at VCC Kids Special!
We’re looking for passionate volunteers to help create a space where children can grow in their faith and experience God’s love! Whether you love caring for little ones or leading engaging discussions with older kids, there’s a place for you to make an impact. Check out the opportunities below to find where you fit best:
Nursery (0-18 months) Provide a safe, loving space for our tiniest members while parents attend service.
Steady Walkers & 2’s - Guide toddlers as they take their first steps in faith with play, simple - Bible stories, and interactive activities.
3’s & Pre-K – Engage preschoolers with hands-on activities, worship, and Bible stories designed for their growing hearts and minds.
Kindergarten & 1st Grade – Help young learners understand God’s big story through fun lessons, worship, and meaningful conversations.
2nd & 3rd Grade – Foster deeper discussions and encourage kids to apply what they learn in ways that make sense for their age.
4th & 5th Grade – Connect with preteens as they dive deeper into Scripture, ask big questions, and grow in their faith.
VCC Kids Sunday Supervisor – Support volunteers, troubleshoot needs during service, and ensure everything runs smoothly for our kids' ministry.
Bible Story Teacher – Bring the Bible to life by teaching the main story at the beginning of kids' service (about 20 minutes) before kids break into their groups. Bring energy, enthusiasm, and creativity!
