Position: Worship Arts Pastor / Director
The Worship Arts Pastor/Director is to lead worship that is deeply Christ- honoring, community-engaging, expressive, and joyously energetic. In addition, we desire that our music encourage worship within our intergenerational congregation, while creating an environment that will attract and facilitate passing the gospel on to the next generation by integrating worship across all the ministries of our church.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the primary worship leader on Sundays and the point person on staff for worship arts.
Implement the vision and philosophy of music and worship at VCC.
Partner with the Lead Pastor and Technical Director in intentional and creative service planning and implementation.
Recruit, lead, and equip teams of volunteers to enable a robust and joy-filled worship expression through music and arts.
Be a minister within the church, extending care for VCC Congregation and worship music volunteers.
What a Strong Candidate Would Look Like:
Deeply devoted follower of Jesus.
Great vocal skills and ability to lead from the acoustic guitar or piano.
Highly collaborative and a team player.
Deeply relational and warm presence.
Emotionally healthy leader who leads with integrity on and off the stage.
Enjoys a modern liturgical approach to the worship service with elements such as the call to worship, weekly communion, confession and assurance.

Position: VCC Kids Ministry Coordinator
Are you passionate about nurturing children's faith and fostering strong relationships with families? As the VCC Kids Ministry Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in leading our ministry for children from birth to kindergarten, creating a safe, engaging, and biblically enriching environment that promotes their spiritual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build positive relationships with volunteers and parents, welcoming feedback and equipping them as partners in ministry.
Participate in Sunday services to teach, train, and engage with families.
Coordinate Kids ComGroup nights and other ministry events throughout the year.
Customize age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.
Recruit, train, and retain a dedicated volunteer team, ensuring compliance and readiness for activities.
Collaborate with the VCC Kids Director and participate in team meetings.
